Hi there! My name is Lindsey Close and I am at the helm of Close to Home Cooking. I started CTHC in 2022 as a way to share my love of food with my family and friends. Since then, I have shared my favorite recipes with my followers and have pushed myself to be more creative in the kitchen. I hope my love of cooking inspires you to have some fun in the kitchen - my recipes are simple and full of flavor.

While I am in Denver now, I lived in the epicenter of great food - New York City - for four years. Originally, I am from the Chicago suburbs, where my love of food began in my mom’s kitchen. My older sisters and I love to sous chef any chance we get when we're home.
